These Terms of Service govern the use of the MarketFlow platform. By using the service, the user fully accepts these terms.
MarketFlow is a SaaS platform that provides AI tools for content creation and product publishing on online marketplaces. The service is intended for shop owners, freelancers and individuals who want to sell products online.
To use MarketFlow you need to create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. The user is responsible for the security of their access credentials and all activities performed through their account.
The user agrees to: not publish illegal, counterfeit content or content that violates third-party rights, respect the terms of service of integrated marketplaces (eBay, Subito, etc.), not attempt to circumvent the usage limits provided by the subscribed plan, not use the service for fraudulent activities or spam.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. The Starter plan is free with no time limit. Pro and Business plans include a 7-day free trial. You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
AI-generated content (titles, descriptions) belongs to the user. Uploaded photos remain the property of the user. MarketFlow's code, design and technology are the exclusive property of MarketFlow.
MarketFlow does not guarantee that the service is error-free or always available. We are not responsible for: data loss due to force majeure, publishing or pricing decisions made by the user, sales results on integrated marketplaces.
We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
